① From October through December, the Sunday Mass time at Takeo Church will be 9:00 AM.

② On Sunday, September 27, the infant Baptism of Michael Tokiwa Riku took place. Please join us in prayer, asking for abundant blessings upon the Tokiwa family and their child.

③ October is the Month of the Rosary. On the Sunday preceding the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary (October 7) — namely, October 4 — we will offer the Parish Rosary together following Mass. In union with the Holy Father’s prayer intention, let us offer it for world peace and for those suffering under war, violence, and natural disasters.

④ October is World Mission Month. Every Sunday, we will distribute the “World Mission Month Prayer Leaflet.” Please incorporate the intercessions contained in the leaflet into the Prayers of the Faithful at Mass, and offer the prayer on the final page as the Concluding Prayer of Mass (in place of the Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus).

⑤ From October 11 to 12, there will be a Kyushu Youth Camp (for ages 18–35). Please pray for the young people of the Catholic Nagasaki Ecclesiastical Province and for their youth ministry activities.

⑥ October 18 is World Mission Sunday. Please read the Holy Father’s Message for the occasion.

⑦ On Sunday, October 25, beginning at 2:00 PM, a Training Session for Lay Presiders of Assembly Rites will be held at Saga Church.
